Items are designed based on the availability of quality lumber species and the specific aesthetics of the wood.

If none of the in-stock items suits your taste, I can create an item to your specifications. Whether it's a request to use a specific color combination to match existing pieces or a completely unique design, I think input from the customer is crucial to the success of any project.

Design your own humidor

•   Decide on the size.  There are really two ways to determine the size of a humidor.  The first is to determine how many cigars you want to hold and the other is measure the space that is available on your desk.  Keep in mind that the walls are 5/8" thick and there is approximately 1 1/2 inches of space at the top.

•   Choose a veneer for the exterior.  Email me for pictures of what veneers I currently have in stock.  I can also acquire any wood species that a customer wants.

•   Choose the banding and inlay around the edges of the box.  I recommend choosing a wood similar in color to the veneer for the banding around the outside.  I recommend an inlay in a contrasting color for many humidors.

•   Choose your hardware. I only use high quality brass hinges. You can chooses the type of hinges or just leave it up to me to decide what's best. The other hardware choice is whether to have me install a lock.
